摘  要:探讨影响超高压静电防护面料性能的因素。开发了一款多功能超高压静电防护面料。从影响织物电阻、屏蔽效率、耐磨性、阻燃性、强度等因素出发,对原料配比选择、组织结构、纱号、经纬密等方面进行了测试分析。结果表明:随导电纤维含量的增加,织物屏蔽效率提高,电阻下降;平纹织物洗涤后电学性能的保持性最好,尤其是电阻。认为:开发的面料实现了多功能复合的技术突破,可为电力作业人员提供更有效、全面的安全防护。The elements affecting the properties of ultrahigh pressure electrostatic protection fabric were dis- cussed. One kind of multi-functional ultrahigh voltage electrostatic protection fabric was developed. Starting with the elements affecting fabric resistance, shielding effectiveness, abrasion resistance, flammability and intensit y, the aspects including raw material ratio selection, weave structure, yarn count, warp ~ weft density and so on were tested and analyzed. The test results show that the fabric shielding effectiveness is improved and resistance is de- creased as the increase of conductive fiber content. The retainability of electrical properties especially for resist- ance for plain weave fabric after washing is the best. It is considered that multi-function composite technical breakthrough for the developed fabric is achieved. It can provide more effectivity and overall safety protection for electric power operating personnel.
