摘 要:探讨粗纱重定量,细纱"三大三小"牵伸工艺的应用问题。介绍了细纱牵伸工艺的基本特点和牵伸区的控制类型,以及粗纱重定量、细纱"三大三小"牵伸工艺的含义。举例说明了粗纱重定量,细纱"三大三小"牵伸工艺的配置原则和工艺效果。认为:采用粗纱重定量、细纱"三大三小"牵伸工艺,能够实现在粗纱重定量、细纱大牵伸条件下的高质量、高效率生产。The application problem of roving higher weight per unit and "three big and three little" spinning drafting technology were discussed. The basic feature of spinning drafting technology, controlling type of draft zone and the meaning of roving higher weight per unit and spinning "three big and three little" drafting technology were introduced. Configuration principle and technology effect of roving higher weight per unit and "three big and three little" spinning drafting technology were illustrated. It is considered that higher efficiency and higher quality production can be realized under roving higher weight per unit and larger draft condition by adopting roving higher weight per unit and "three big and three little" spinning drafting technology.
