海藻纤维混纺色纱的制备及性能研究

摘  要:研究染色棉海藻纤维混纺纱的制备工艺及海藻纤维含量对混纺纱性能的影响。通过合理的纺纱工艺流程优化,制备了5种不同混纺比的环锭纺色纱;测试了混纺纱的拉伸性能、毛羽指标、条干CV等性能。结果表明:随着海藻纤维含量的增加,混纺色纱的断裂强度和断裂伸长率都是先明显减小,再略微增加,后趋于平稳;而毛羽、条干CV、棉结、粗节和细节均先小幅增加再大幅增加。认为:研究海藻纤维在混纺纱中的含量有助于海藻纤维系列纱线的开发。Spinning technology of dyed cotton alginate fiber blended yarn and effect of the alginate fiber con- tent on blended yarn property were studied. Five different blended ratios ring spinning colored spun yarn were prepared by optimizing spinning technology process. Tensile property, hairiness index, evenness CV and other properties of blended yarn were tested. The results show that with the content of alginate fiber increasing,break- ing tenacity and breaking elongation rate of the blended colored spun yarn are both reduced obviously then in- creased slightly, finally the trend become to be stable. At the same time hairiness, evenness CV, neps, thick places and thin places of the blended colored spun yarn are firstly increased slightly then increased obviously. It is consid- ered that research of the alginate fiber content in blended yarn will help to develop the alginate fiber series yarn.
