摘　　要：探讨三醋酯纤维的可纺性能以及莱赛尔A100三醋酯纤维混纺纱的生产工艺。介绍了纺制莱赛尔A100三醋酯纤维混纺纱线的工艺流程及各工序的工艺参数;讨论了避免三醋酯纤维在生产过程中过度损伤的技术要点,并进行梳理器材和开松工艺的试验。认为:为了降低混纺过程中三醋酯纤维的损伤,可采用柔性梳理工艺,尽可能提高纤维原料的梳理转移率,减少纤维打击点。Spinability of triacetate fiber and production technology of lyocell A100 triacetate fiber blended yarn were discussed. Spinning technology process of lyocell A100 triacetate fiber blended yarn and technology pa- rameters of each process were introduced. Technology points of avoiding triacetate fiber extensive injury in pro- duction process were discussed. The experiments of carding component and opening technology were carried out. It is considered that in order to reduce the injury of triacetate fiber in blending process, adopting softer carding technology can improve carding transfer rate of fiber and reduce beating point of fiber.
