摘　　要：探讨JC/T 5.9tex混纺纱的工艺设计要点。通过前纺重点优化清梳联工艺,充分发挥精梳梳理作用,保证混纺比准确,细纱强化牵伸工艺配合和质量管理工作,开发生产出了质量较为理想的JC/T 5.9tex纱。认为:通过优化工艺和细致管理能够保证JC/T 5.9tex混纺纱顺利生产。Technology design points of JC/T 5.9 tex blended yarn were discussed. According to optimizing blowing-carding technology in fore-spinning process, the combing carding role was played and accurate blending ratio was ensured. JC/T 5.9 tex blended yarn was developed and produced with more ideal quality. It is considered that smooth production of JC/T 5.9 tex blended yarn can be ensured by optimizing technology and detailed man- agement.
