摘　　要：探讨提高牛仔用纱质量的技术管理措施。总结了企业在配棉,降低条干,处理包芯纱断丝、色纬品种异纤、布面长粗经和长细经问题等管理上的经验,通过对重点品种的关键质量问题及时组织攻关,牛仔用纱的生产效率和产品质量有了很大提高。认为:纱线质量的提高保证了织物质量和外观风格,并有助于产品单位成本的降低。The technology measures of improving the denim yarn quality were discussed. The management experiences of cotton assorting, reducing evenness, handling broken core spun yarn and foreign fiber in colored weft variety,long ＆ thick warp and long ＆ thin warp and so on were summarized. Production efficiency and product quality were greatly improved by organizing research on the key quality problems of main product. It is considered that the improvement of yarn quality is helpful to reduce the unit cost of product, fabric quality and surface style could be ensured.
