摘  要:总结芦荟改性粘胶纤维双层织物的设计和生产要点。以棉/芦荟改性粘胶纤维50/50 14.7tex混纺纱为经纬纱;络筒张力12cN,络筒速度1 200m/min;整经时保证经纱排列均匀;优化浆纱工艺参数;织造时,适当加大上机张力,采用早开口等。通过采取一系列技术措施,最终保证了产品的顺利生产,织机效率达87.3%,下机一等率提高到了70%,入库一等品率高达96%以上。认为:生产的织物色彩搭配合理,可广泛应用于服装、航空内饰等领域。Design and production points of aloe modified viscose fiber double-layer fabric were summarized. Cotton/aloe modified viscose fiber 50/50 14.7 rex blended yarn was used as warp b- weft. Winding tension was 15 cN and winding speed was 1 200 m/min. Warp uniform arrangement was ensured in warping process. Sizing technology parameters were optimized. Warp tension was increased and early opening was adopted in weaving process. Finally smooth production of product was ensured,the loom efficiency was 87.3% ,the ratio of good fab- ric was increased to 70% and first grade percentage put in storage can reach above 96.% by adopting a series of technology measures. It is considered that the produced fabric has better color matching and can be widely used in garment, aviation upholstery and other fields. Key Words
