摘  要:压力容器的耐压试验,是容器验收的重要依据。管壳式热交换器属多腔容器,试压工艺尤其复杂,但总体可划分为三种类型:壳程试验压力大于等于管程;壳程试验压力小于管程;按压差设计。给出了按上述三种类型采取的详尽试压工艺,对管头试压工装的选择也提出了建设性解决方案。Pressure vessel pressure test is an important basis for container acceptance. The shell-and-tube heat exchanger is a multi-cavity vessel. The pressure test process is particularly complicated, but the whole can be divided into three types: the shell test pressure is greater than or equal to the pipe; the shell test pressure is less than the pipe; the design of press difference. The detailed pressure test process according to the above three types is given, and the constructive solution for the selection of pressure test tooling is also put forward.
