摘  要:本文系统综述了酶抑制传感器、免疫传感器和分子印迹传感器结合纳米材料在检测阿特拉津残留方面的研究进展,并展望了其前景。引用文献52篇。Atrazine is one of the most commonly used chlorinated derivatives of triazine herbicides. Basedon the characteristic of long-lasting effect,it can be persistent in the soil to maintain active for severalyears and to cause serious environmental pollution, or even to threaten the human health under animproper operation. Therefore, the establishment of efficient, sensitive, and quantifiable methods for thedetection of atrazine residue is extremely important. With excellent sensitivity, low cost, potential ofminiaturization and automation, biosensor has been paid much attention by scholars. This article reviewedthe progress of construction and application of enzyme inhibition sensors, immune sensors, molecularlyimprinted sensors, combined with nanomete material for atrazine residue detection. The review isintended to provide implement on the rapid detection of atrazine on-site.
