摘 要:近年来,超双疏表面由于它优越的性能引起了广泛的关注。目前制备超双疏表面的方法大都较复杂,介绍了一种简单的制备超双疏的方法。利用SiO_2凝胶粒子的三维多孔网络结构及1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷的低表面能特性合成了一种功能整理剂,通过浸轧烘的方式将该整理剂处理涤纶织物。借助电子扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪、接触角测试仪等手段对整理后纺织品的形貌、化学组成与润湿性能进行表征。水、乙二醇、十六烷在其表面的接触角和滚动角分别为155.2°、150.8°、138.5°和2°、7°、9°。结果表明,整理后的涤纶织物具有超双疏性、好的机械稳定性和耐强酸稳定性。Recently, superamphiphobic surface has drawn extensive attention due to its superior performance.But the techniques to fabricate superamphiphobic surface are relatively complicated at present.A simple method to prepare superamphiphobic surface was introduced.The functional finishing agents were synthesized, which utilize the three- dimensional porous network structure of SiO2 gel-particles, and the low-surface-energy characteristic of 1H,1H,2H,2H- perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane (PFOTMS). Polyester fabrics were treated by the functional finishing agents via the process of dipping, rolling and drying.The morphology, chemical composition and wettability oftreated textile were Characterized by the scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and drop shape analyzer. The contact angles and slide angles of water, glycol and hexadecane were 155.2 ° , 150.8 ° , 138.5 ° and 2° , 7 ° , 9° respectively. The results showed that the treated polyester fabric possess superamphiphobic, excellent mechanical stability and extremely acid stability.
