摘 要:选用涤纶为基材,采用原位聚合法,以苯胺为单体、对甲苯磺酸为掺杂剂、过硫酸铵为氧化剂制备柔性聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料。首先,探讨了聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料的介电性能及其耐水洗色牢度,其次,对其进行了红外光谱测试,最后,测试了强力和吸湿速率。结果表明:聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料对电磁波有一定的极化能力、损耗能力和吸收衰减能力。另外,聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料的耐水洗色牢度、力学性能良好,聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料的吸湿效果优于未处理的涤纶织物。Flexible polyaniline/polyester composites were prepared by the substrate of polyester via in-situ polymerization, using aniline as a monomer, p-toluene sulfonic acid as the doping agent and ammonium persulfate as the oxidant. First, the dielectric properties and washing fastness of polyaniline/polyester composites were investigated. Then the composites were tested by infrared spectrum. Finally, the strength and rate of the hygroscopicity were tested. The results showed that polyaniline/polyester composites had a certain abilities of polarization, consumption and absorbing attenuation. In addition, the polyaniline/polyester composites had excellent washing fastness and mechanical properties. The hygroscopicity of polyaniline/polyester composites was superior to untreated polyester fabric.
