摘  要:针对分散大红染料废水的色度去除问题,通过正交试验和单因素实验优化可电催化实验的电压、电极间距、pH、NaCl投加量、电解时间等条件。研究表明溶液pH是影响电催化氧化效率的主要因素。最佳实验条件优选为电压12V、电解时间30 min、电极间距0.8 cm、溶液pH为3、氯化钠投加量为280 mg,色度去除率可达99%以上。Aiming at the color removal of Disperse Scarlet wastewater, an electrocatalytic treatment using platinum plate electrode was proposed. The voltage, electrode spacing, pH, NaCl dosage, electrolysis time of the electrocatalytic treatment were optimized through orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment. It was found that this method was pH - responsive. For the 100 mL of 100 mg/L Scarlet solution, the optimum experimental condition were voltage of 12 V, electrolysis time of 30 min, electrode spacing of 0. 8 cm, solution pH of 3, and NaCl dosage of 280 mg. This method was proved to be effective for the color removal of Disperse Scarlet wastewater, and the color removal rate could reach 99%.
