淮安市城镇生活污水产生及处理处置情况探析

摘　　要：文中首先对"十二五"期间淮安市常住城镇人口的变化趋势情况分析,根据2015年淮安市城镇常住人口的数量测算出城镇生活污水的产生量约45.3万t/d,现阶段淮安市城镇生活污水处理厂的处理能力约51万t/d,基本满足现阶段的城镇生活污水,计算"十二五"期间淮安市城镇生活污水产生量及集中处理率,对城镇污水处理厂存在的,处理能力基本饱和,出水不能稳定达标,无尾水回用监控平台,进出水口设置不规范等问题进行探析,并提出加快污水处理厂提标改造,加大管网改造的投入,建设尾水回用监控平台的建议。This paper firstly analyses the trend of resident population in Huaian city during 12th Five- Year, according to the ＂2015 Huaian municipal resident population number to calculate the amount of municipal sewage which is about 453 thousand tons/ day, currently the municipal sewage plant treatment capacity is about 465 thousand tons / day, basically meet the needs of sewage treatment at present. The calculation of＂ 12th Five -Year ＂during the Huaian city sewage centralized treatment rate and yield, the existing municipal sewage treatment plants, the treatment capacity is basically saturated, effluent compliance is not stable, with no reuse monitoring platform of tail water, the inlet and outlet settings are not standardized. In order to speed up the sewage treatment plant, the investment in pipeline network reconstruction shall be increasted, and the suggestion for should the put forward.
