摘  要:为了研究采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定水质中铜含量时,线性校正与非线性校正方式选择问题,笔者用铜浓度分别为0.198±0.014 mg/L、0.500±0.022 mg/L的标准样品,在这两种校正方式下进行测定,并对结果进行了验证,得出当铜溶液浓度在一定的范围内,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定水质中铜时,无论选择线性校正方式,还是非线性校正方式,其结果并无显著性差异。linear calibration and nonlinear rcalibration are two methods in flame Atomic absorption spectrophotometry which is used to measure content of copper in water. The aim of this essay is to test which methods, linear calibration or nonlinear calibration could be accurately used to measure content of copper in water. Thus, two samples are made up, which contain different proportion content of copper, 0. 198 +0. 014 mg/L and 0. 500 +0. 022 mg/L, respectively. Two samples are tested by two methods and the results are compared. Finally, the finding is that there is no significanr difference between results whatever linear calibration or nonlin- ear calibration are used.
