摘  要:2007年,从广东引进4个抗青枯病桑品种,其中:1个为抗青10号扦插苗,3个为抗病杂交组合(桑籽)。抗青10号在桐庐县经过7年田间种植和嫁接强桑1号种植试验,证明对桑萎蔫病和桑青枯病具有较强抗性;3个杂交组合品作为砧木,分别嫁接浙江省现行推广桑品种强桑1号、强桑2号和金10,经过1年4点培苗试验和3年4点种植试验,证明具有一定的抗性。综合试验结果,浙江省桑萎蔫病和桑青枯病病区可选用抗病组合抗青10号(砧木)与强桑1号或金10(接穗),嫁接方法可采用贴芽接法。Four varieties of anti-R. solanacearum mulberry, of which one is anti-R. solanacearum No.10 grafting seedling plant and three are anti-disease hybrid combination(seeds), were introduced from Guangdong Province in2007. It has been proved that the variety of anti-R. solanacearum No.10 mulberry are strongly resistant to the diseases of Enterobacter mori and R. solanacearum after being planted in the fields and the planting test of grafting to Qiang Sang No.1 mulberry for 7 years. The three hybrid combination varieties of mulberry have been grafted to Qiang Sang No.1,No.2 and Jin No.10 mulberry varieties respectively. It has been proved that the three hybrid combination varieties of mulberry have the resistance to the diseases of Enterobacter mori and R. solanacearum in a way after one year's seedling test and three years' planting test in four sites. The results of comprehensive tests have shown that anti-R. solanacearum No.10 mulberry could be chosen to graft to Qiang Sang No.1 or Jin No.10 and sprout grafting may be adopted.
