摘  要:针对宜昌地区中厚缓倾斜磷矿体,为了解决其开采过程中存在的顶板垮落、采空区垮塌、资源回采率低等问题,提出了条带式嗣后块石充填采矿法,对切顶、支护、降底、充填工序进行改进和优化。采用对接式长锚杆支护边帮,可有效提高采场安全性。在块石充填工艺环节,为解决充填挡墙施工耗时、耗资,且安全性差等施工问题,提出采用模袋法砌筑挡墙,实现高效作业。分析结果表明,该采矿方法可保持围岩稳定,避免采空区出现大面积垮塌,最大限度地回收矿产资源,同时充分利用废石充填采空区,减轻了矿区环境压力,具有明显的安全效益、经济效益和环境效益。In order to solve the problems of roof caving,gob col- lapse and low recovery rate of resources during the mining process for moderately thick and gently inclined phosphate ore bodies in Yichang area,the strip type and pre-support mining method with subsequent cemented rockfill is proposed to improve and optimize roof cutting, supporting,lowering and filling processes. The safety of stope can be effectively improved by using butt long bolt to support sides. In the process of stone blocks filling, to address the problems of time consuming,high costs,poor safety and others in the construction of retaining walls, the bag molding method will be adopted to make efficient operation. The analysis of the results indicates that the mining method can maintain the stability of sur- rounding rocks, prevent the massive collapse in the mined-out are- a, maximize recovery of the mineral resources. Meanwhile, full use of waste to fill in the mined-out area will alleviate the environ- mental pressure in the mining area. The mining method has ohvi- pus safety, economic and environmental benefits.
