摘　　要：随着环保要求的提高,污泥的无害性、实用性、经济性变得至关重要。在过去几年的污水工艺处理过程中,笔者进行了大量研究和实践,论述了预浓缩调质+高压隔膜板框+烘干工艺处理城镇工业污水处理厂污泥的应用情况。工程实践表明,该工艺技术成熟、效果稳定、自动化程度高、能耗适中,污泥含水率小于30%,是目前市政、工业污水处理厂处理污泥较好的工艺之一。With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the harmlessness, practicability and economy of sludge become very important. In the past few years, the process of sewage treatment, the author conducted a lot of research and practice, discussed the pre-concentrated quenched and tempered ＋ high pressure diaphragm plate ＋ drying process to deal with urban industrial wastewater treatment plant sludge application. Engineering practice shows that the technology is mature, the effect is stable, the degree of automation is high, the energy consumption is moderate, the sludge moisture content is less than 30%, which is one of the municipal and industrial sewage treatment plants to treat the sludge better.
