摘　　要：筒子纱使用活性染料染色时,普遍存在色花、层差、色牢度较差和颜色不纯等问题。针对这些问题,试验使用还原染料对筒子纱进行染色,从染色设备、松筒、染色工艺、染料和助剂的选择方面进行改进,优化出筒子纱还原染料染色的最佳工艺。When the cheese is dyed with reactive dyes, defects, layer difference, poor color fastness and color t is common to have problems such as dyeing mpurity. In order to solve these problems, the cheese is dyed with vat dyes, and the dyeing equipment, cheese winding, dyeing technology and choosing of dyes and additives are improved. The dyeing processes of cheese with vat dyes are optimized.
