摘 要:采用单因素试验对羊绒/天丝织物烂花印花工艺进行优化,研究了烂花剂用量、焙烘时间和焙烘温度对烂花后织物失重率、蓝光白度和断裂强力的影响。结果表明,羊绒/天丝织物酸性烂花印花的最佳工艺为:浓硫酸5 g,混合糊料80 m L,渗透剂5 m L,羊毛保护剂2 m L,水13 m L,70℃烘干,110℃焙烘40 min。羊绒/天丝织物碱性烂花印花的最佳工艺为:氢氧化钠5 g,混合糊料70 m L,渗透剂5 m L,水20 m L,70℃烘干,100℃焙烘15 min。The burnt-out printing process of cashmere/Tencel fabric is optimized by single factor experiment, and the effects of burnt-out agent dosage, curing temperature and time on weight loss, brightness and breaking strength of treated fabrics are studied. The results show that the optimal acid burntout printing process of cashmere/-rencel fabric is: sulfuric acid 5 g, mixed paste 80 mL, penetrant 5 mL, wool protection agent 2 mL, water 13 mL, drying temperature 70 ℃, curing at 110 ℃ for 40 rain. The optimal alkaline burnt-out printing process of cashmere/Tencel fabric is: sodium hydroxide 5 g, mixed paste 70 mL, penetrant 5 mL, water 20 mL, drying temperature 70 ℃, curingat 110 ℃ for 15 rain.
