摘　　要：随着"一带一路"发展战略的提出,图书馆对外文化交流的作用日益凸显。图书馆应抓住时代机遇,在创新国际合作理念、加强馆员互访交流、变革管理运行机制、拓展资源共享途径等应对策略的指导下,通过建立文献特藏库、开发专题数据库、开展主题讲座、举办主题书展,以及搭建具有权威性的网络服务平台等具体方式,服务于"一带一路"国家战略的实施。External cultural exchanges of library underline more prominent significance with China＇s proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative. Library should seize the opportunity of the times. And under the guidance of coping strategy,such as innovating concept of international cooperation, strengthening the international communication of librarians, changing management and operation mecha- nism, expanding the way of resource sharing, libraries can serve the construction of Belt and Road Initiative through establishing characteristic literature collection, developing special database, holding theme lecture and book exhibition, setting up authoritative online sevice platform and other specific ways.
