摘　　要：本文通过分析大数据背景下高校图书馆档案管理与优化的意义及优势,提出优化档案管理的新思路,即从加强档案管理人员的培训,建立健全档案管理监管制度,加强档案数字化建设、建立档案管理数据库等方面入手,不断提高高校图书馆档案管理水平和档案利用率,促进高校图书馆各项服务工作更好发展。By analyzing the significance and advantage of the management and optimization of university library archives under the background of big data, this paper puts forward new ideas to optimize archives management, such as improving the quality of ar- chives management personnel, building up archives management and supervision regime, strengthening the digital construction of ar- chives, establishing the library management database and so on, in order to improve the level of university library archives manage- ment and the utilization rate of archives, and promote the development of university library services.
