摘　　要：输血科的发展水平在医院的质量管理建设中起着至关重要的作用。目前,国内医院输血科存在机构设置和资源配置不合理、输血质量管理水平低、输血全流程操作不规范的问题。作者在介绍AABB标准的基础上,阐述了医院输血科实践AABB质量管理体系在提升医院输血质量管理水平、规范输血流程方面的重要性及意义。The development of blood transfusion department plays an important role in the construction of hospital quality management. At present,there are some problems in the blood transfusion department of our country,such as irrational institutional setup and resource allocation,poor transfusion quality management and nonstandard process of blood transfusion.This paper introduces the AABB Standard and elaborates on the significance of implementing AABB quality management system in improving the quality of transfusion management and standardizing operations in hospital.
