陈氏温肺化痰汤联合吕氏对穴治疗支气管哮喘寒哮证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察陈氏温肺化痰汤联合吕氏对穴治疗支气管哮喘寒哮证的临床疗效。方法:将70例支气管哮喘寒哮证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加陈氏温肺化痰汤内服和吕氏对穴针刺,2组均治疗7天。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分和呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)值,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后和随访第4周,治疗组的中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组同期(P<0.05);对照组随访第4周的中医证候评分低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后和随访第4周,2组ACT评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组的ACT评分均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗后和随访第4周,2组Fe NO值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组的Fe NO值均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:陈氏温肺化痰汤联合吕氏对穴治疗支气管哮喘寒哮证,可有效改善患者的症状、体征,效果优于常规西药治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chen＇s Wenfei Huatan tang combined with Lyu＇s pair-points therapy for bronchial asthma with cold asthma syndrome. Methods： Divided 70 patients with bronchial asthma with cold asthma syndrome into the control group and the treatment group randomly, 35 cases in each group. Both groups received routine treatment, while the treatment group additionally received Chen＇s Wenfei Huatan tang by oral administration and received Lyu＇s pair-points acupuncture. Both groups received treatment for 7 days. Compared Chinese medicine syndrome score, asthma control test （ACT） and exhaled NO （FeNO）, and observed the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment and follow-up in the fourth week, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the treatment group were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈 0.05）, and were lower than those of the control group in the same period; the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the fourth week of follow-up of the control group were lower than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment and follow-up in the fourth week, ACT scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P〈 0.05）; ACT scores of the treatment group were all higher than those of the control group in the same period（P 〈0.05）. After treatment and follow-up in the fourth week, FeNO scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. No significance was found when comapring incidence of adverse reaction in both groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Chen＇s Wenfei Huatan tang combined with Lyu＇s pair-points therapy for bronchial asthma with cold asthma syndrome can effectively improve symptoms and body signs of the patients, and its effect is better than applying routine western medicine.
