参芪降糖颗粒联合常规西医疗法治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒联合常规西医疗法治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对患者糖代谢、脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:选取96例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,随机分为2组各48例,2组均给予常规治疗,观察组加服参芪降糖颗粒,2组均以4周为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程,观察比较2组的临床疗效、糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、脂代谢指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]以及胰岛素抵抗情况。结果:经2疗程治疗,观察组总有效率91.67%,高于对照组(70.83%)(P<0.05)。2组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较治疗前下降,HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组FBG、P2h BG、Hb A1c、FIns和HOMA-IR均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组各指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒联合常规西医疗法治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,可有效调控患者的糖代谢与脂代谢,改善胰岛素抵抗,从本质上缓解糖尿病患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with western therapy for type 2 diabetes and its effect on glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and insulin resistance of patients. Methods. Divided 96 patients with type 2 diabetes of qi-yin deficiency type into the observation group and the control group randomly, 48 cases in each group. Both groups received routine treatment, while the observation group additionally received Shenqi Jiangtang granules. Both groups received treatment for two months. Observed clinical effect, and compared changes of glucose metabolism indexes such as fasting blood glucose（FBG）, postprandial 2h blood glucose（P2hBG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, fasting insulin （Flns） and insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR）,lipid metabolism indexes such as triglycerides（TG）, total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） as well as insulin resistance. Results： After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group and was 70.83% in the control group, the difference being signifcant（P〈0.05）. Levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in both groups were lower than those before treatment, HDL-C levels were higher than those before treatment, differences being significant（P〈 0.05）. Levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, HDL-C ~evels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Levels of FBG, P2hBG, HbAlc, Fins and HOMA-IR in both groups were lower than those before treatment （P〈 0.05）, scores of the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.
