活血止痛散熏洗联合切开复位内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血止痛散熏洗联合切开复位内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤的临床疗效。方法:将126例Lisfranc关节损伤患者随机分为2组各63例,对照组给予常规的切开复位内固定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予活血止痛散熏洗,观察2组临床疗效,并对2组患者术后治疗10天、20天、30天、40天疼痛程度及足部肿胀程度进行分析。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组93.65%,对照组77.78%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及足部肿胀程度均随着时间的延长,呈现明显下降的趋势,观察组术后第20天、30天、40天VAS评分及足部肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛散熏洗与切开复位内固定联合治疗可有效减轻患者疼痛,缓解患者关节周围组织水肿。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with Huoxue Zhitong powder combined with open reduction and internal fixation for Lisfranc joint injury. Methods： Divided 126 cases of patients with Lisfranc joint injury into two groups randomly, 63 cases in each group. Both groups received the routine therapy of open reduction and internal fixation, while the observation group additionally received fumigation and washing with Houxie Zhitong powder. Observed the clinical effect in both groups, and analyzed degrees of pain and foot swelling of two groups on the 10th, 20th, 30th and 40th day after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 93.65% in the observation group and was 77.78% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）., after treatment, pain scores of visual analog scale （VAS） and foot swelling degrees of the two groups both showed downtrend evidently with the time, and pain scores of VAS and foot swelling degrees of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group on the 10th, 20th, 30th and 40th day after treatment, differences being significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Fumigation and washing with Huoxue Zhitong powder combined with open reduction and internal fixation can effectively relieve pain and edema of periarticular tissue.
