摘　　要：比较效益研究是近年来逐渐受关注的一种临床研究方法。笔者就比较效益研究的研究方法、研究设计类型及其在针灸临床中的应用等方面进行文献汇总和分析,对其方法学进行整理,分析比较效益研究中存在的问题,并以此为依据对未来比较效益研究在针灸临床研究中的发展进行分析。Comparative effectiveness research is a kind of clinical research method, which has gradually attracted more attention in recent years. The authors reviewed and analyzed research methods, design types of comparative effectiveness research as well as its application and other aspects on clinical acupuncture, and sort outed its methodology so as to study the existing problem in comparative effectiveness research. Based on the findings, the authors analyzed the development of this method on clinical acupuncture research.
