摘　　要：通过对广州近代民居已取得的研究成果和广州近代史料的梳理,以及对相关历史建筑的实地调研,从两个方面深入分析孙中山对广州民居近代化的影响。一是孙中山关于广州的规划对广州近代民居的影响;二是孙中山在广州开展革命活动,引进大量华侨资源,解放广州人民的思想,对广州近代民居的影响。文章旨在探究孙中山的政策和思想与广州民居近代化的关系。Based on the research results obtained from the modern houses in Guangzhou, relevant historical documents and the practical investigation of the buildings, this article explore the influence of Sun Yat-sen on the modernization of residential buildings in Guangzhou from two aspects. One is his city planning about Guangzhou. The other is he had promoted the residential buildings through carrying out revolutionary activities in Guangzhou, introducing a large number of overseas resources to liberate the thought of the Guangzhou citizens. Aimed at exploring the relationship between Sun Yat-sen＇s thinking and police, and the modernization of residential buildings in Guangzhou.
