摘　　要：在城镇化快速发展的背景下,历史文化名城的保护与发展存在着一定的矛盾,地下空间资源的充分开发不仅能够增加城市进一步发展所需要的空间容量,还能够最有效的保护历史街区和地段、历史建筑和文化遗产,进而改善城市交通环境,扩大城市地面公共空间的分布区域,提升城市历史文化街区和地段的空间品质,消除城市矛盾。There exits certain contradictions between the protection and development of historical and cultural cities in the context of the rapid development of urbanization. Not only would the required space capacity of the city＇s further development be promoted, but also the historical blocks and lots was protected effectively. The urban transport environment and distribution of urban public space will be improved and expanded. Meanwhile, the space quality of the city＇s blocks and lots would be enhanced and the urban conflicts would be eliminated.
