摘 要:开展了18根Q345钢管自密实混凝土短柱的轴压力学性能试验研究,分析核心混凝土强度、钢管径厚比对钢管自密实混凝土短柱轴压承载力、破坏模式、套箍效应等力学性能的影响。采用有限元软件ANSYS对钢管自密实混凝土短柱轴压力学性能进行数值仿真分析,所得有限元计算值与试验结果吻合较好。研究表明:根据钢管对核心混凝土约束作用的强弱,钢管自密实混凝土轴压短柱主要呈现两种破坏模式:剪切型破坏和腰鼓型破坏。自密实混凝土强度越高,试件承载力越大。基于已完成的试验成果及《钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(GB 50936—2014),提出安全可靠的轴压承载力计算公式。An experimental study on 18 Q345 steel stub columns filled with self-compacting concrete was done under axial compression to investigate the mechanical behavior.The influence of the strength of core concrete and the diameter thickness ratios on the mechanical performance such as bearing capacity,failure modes and confining effect of the stub columns was discussed in detail.ANSYS was used to simulate the stub columns filled with self-compacting concrete under axial compression,and the results of finite element analysis have reached a great agreement with the experimental datum.The results show that the stub columns mainly failure in two modes,that is shear mode and drum mode,according to the confined concrete by steel tube.The higher strength of the self-compacting concrete is,the greater the bearing capacity will be.Based on the experimental results and technical code for concrete filled steel tabular structures(GB 50936—2014),the formula which is safe and reliable to calculate the bearing capacity of the stub columns was proposed.
