摘 要:针对某燃油箱在车速变换、路况条件差时,燃油晃动对燃油箱产生较大的冲击、产生异响的问题,运用Hypermesh,NX-Nastran对某燃油箱模型进行模态分析,发现该油箱的第1阶固有频率处在固有频率的危险区域内。在不改变总体结构的情况下,对该油箱的隔板结构进行改进设计,以提高油箱隔板的抗振能力,并对改进后的油箱模型进行模态分析和扫频激振试验。扫频激振试验表明第1阶固有频率为54 Hz,相比改进前得到了提高,而且避开了固有频率的危险区,证明改进是有效的。Due to speed conversion or the bad road condition,the sloshing of fuel tank has a huge shock on the tank, and it will cause abnormal sound.The modal analysis of the fuel tank was carried out by Hypermesh and NX-Nastran,result shows that the first order frequency is in the area of danger area of natural frequency. The structure of baffle was been improved to enhance the anti-vibration capability of the fuel tank without changing the overall structure. Modal analysis and Frequency-sweeping experiment for improving fuel tank was carried out.It shows that the first order frequency of the improved fuel tank was increase to 54 Hz,which was avoided the danger area of natural frequency.It proved that the improvement is effective.
