摘 要:以2 mm厚5083-O铝合金为研究对象,研究了搅拌头转速对回填式搅拌摩擦点焊(Refill friction stir spot welding,RFSSW)接头成形及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当焊接工艺参数不合理时,接头会出现孔洞和未充分回填等缺陷。焊核区不存在明显的软化现象,且上板硬度稍高。随着转速的增加,接头的拉剪载荷先上升后下降;最大拉剪载荷在转速为2500 r/min时取得,其值为7.92 k N。Taking 2 mm thick 5083-0 aluminum alloy as the research object, the effects of stirring head's rotating speed on the formation and mechanical properties of the refill friction stir spot welding (RFSSW) joint were studied. The results show that when the welding parameters are unreasonable, there are holes and insufficient backfilldefects in the joint. There is no obvious softening phenomenon in the weld nugget zone, and the hardness of the upper plate is slightly higher. With the increase of the rotating speed, the lap shear failure load of the RFSSW joint firstly increases and then decreases. The maximum tensile shear load is obtained at rotating speed of 2500 r/rain, which is 7.92 kN.
