摘 要:利用ABAQUS软件模拟了焊管开口段辊弯成形过程,研究了轧辊表面摩擦特性对带钢边缘塑性应变的影响。对开口段轧辊表面进行了区域划分。在单因素试验的基础上,以轧辊表面区域摩擦系数为因素,运用中心复合设计建立了边缘等效塑性应变回归方程。结果发现,轧辊边部区域为主影响区,而中部区域为次影响区,带钢边界等效塑性应变明显降低。通过响应曲面法对轧辊表面摩擦特性进行优化是可行的。The roll forming process of open section of the welded pipe was simulated by using ABAQUS software. The influence of roller surface friction characteristics on plastic strain at strip steel edge was studied. The surface of the open section of the roll was divided into different regions. On the basis of single factor experiment, taking the friction coefficient of roll surface area as factor, the regression equation of edge equivalent plastic strain was established by using the central composite design. It is found that the roll edge area is the main influence area, while the middle area is the secondary influence area. The equivalent plastic strain of strip steel boundary decreases obviously. It is feasible to optimize the friction characteristics of roller surface by response surface methodology.
