摘  要:采用6种不同的挤压温度进行了7075铝合金汽车差速器壳件的挤压成形,并测试和分析了室温下壳件试样的拉伸性能和冲击性能。结果表明:在模具预热温度390℃,挤压筒温度415℃和挤压速度0.3 m/min时,随挤压温度从280℃增大到400℃,试样的拉伸性能和冲击性能均先提高后下降。280℃挤压时壳件的拉伸性能和冲击性能均最差。与280℃挤压相比,385℃挤压时壳件的抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击吸收功分别增大43、44 MPa、15 J,断后伸长率减小2.1%。7075铝合金汽车差速器壳件的挤压温度优选为385℃。7075 aluminum alloy automotive differential housings were extruded by using 6 different extrusion temperatures, and the tensile and impact properties of the samples were tested and analyzed at room temperature. The results show that when the die preheating temperature is 390℃, the extrusion barrel temperature is 415 ℃and the extrusion speed is 0.3 m/min, with extrusion temperature increasing fi'om 280℃ to 400℃, the tensile and impact properties of the samples firstly increase and then decrease. The tensile and impact properties of the shell are the worst when the extrusion temperature is 280℃. Compared with the extrusion temperature of 280℃, the tensile strength, yield strength and impact absorption energy of the samples increase by 43, 44 MPa and 15 J separately, while the elongation decreases by 2.1% when the extrusion temperature is 385℃. The optimized extrusion temperature of 7075 aluminum alloy automotive differential housing is 385℃.
