摘 要:采用不同锻造温度对Cu-37Zn-2Mn-1.5Al-0.5Cr-0.5V合金新型铜基汽车同步器齿环进行了锻造,并测试和分析了腐蚀性能和疲劳性能。结果表明:当模具预热温度280℃和锻压速度60 mm/min时,随始锻温度从700℃增大到820℃或终锻温度从600℃增大到720℃时,齿环的腐蚀性能和疲劳性能都先提高后下降。与700℃相比,790℃始锻的齿环腐蚀电位正移121m V,疲劳寿命延长80%;与600℃相比,660℃终锻的齿环腐蚀电位正移129 m V,疲劳寿命延长82%。齿环的最佳锻压温度为始锻温度790℃和终锻温度660℃。Cu-37Zn-2Mn-l.5AI-0.5Cr-0.5V alloy new-type automobile synchronizer gear rings were forged by using different forging temperatures. And the corrosion resistance and fatigue property of the gear rings were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the die preheating temperature is 280℃ and forging speed is 60 mm/min, the corrosion resistance and fatigue property of the gear rings firstly increase and then decrease, with the initial forging temperature increasing from 700℃ to 820℃or finial forging temperature increasing from 600℃ to 720℃. Compared with 700℃, the corrosion potential of the gear ring forged initial forging at 790℃ shifts positively by 121mV, and the fatigue life is prolonged by 80%; compared with 600℃, the corrosion potential of gear rings forged finish forging at 660℃ shifts positively by 129 mV, and the fatigue life is prolonged by 82%. The optimized forging temperature of the ring is initial forging temperature of 790℃ and finish forging temperature of 660℃.
