摘  要:利用光学金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和力学检测手段对EX30钢用两种管状焊丝熔敷金属的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:Mn、Si、Ni含量较高的熔敷金属综合力学性能更优,其粒状贝氏体更多,拉伸断口韧窝更深且夹杂较少,冲击断口韧窝区域比例更大。The microstructure and mechanical properties of deposited metals welded with the two tubular welding wires for EX30 steel were studied by using optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mechanical testing methods. The results show that the mechanical properties of deposited metal with higher contents of Mn, Si and Ni are more excellent, and it has more contents of granular bainite, the fracture has deeper dimple, and fewer inclusions, and the proportion of dimple area of impact fracture is larger.
