摘  要:汽轮机焊接隔板结构特殊复杂,隔板材料等级高,焊接质量要求高,制造难度大。根据对某电厂超超临界汽轮机机组的隔板焊接制造全过程的驻厂监造,以监造的角度对监造重点和隔板制造焊接过程中常见缺陷进行总结分析,并提出了质量控制改进措施和建议,以保证隔板的制造质量。The structure of steam turbine welding clapboard with high grade material is special and complex, and it has high welding quality requirement and it is difficult to manufacture. According to mill supervision of clapboard welding manufacture process of ultra supercritical steam turbine unit in a power plant, the supervision focus and common defects of clapboard welding manufacturing were analyzed in the perspective of supervision, and some quality control improvement measures and suggestions were put forward to ensure the manufacturing quality of the clapboard.
