摘 要:以爆炸焊接的304/Q235B不锈钢复合板为研究对象,进行了不同的热处理工艺试验,分析了不同热处理工艺条件下不锈钢复合板的组织和性能,以探索适合爆炸焊接不锈钢复合板的热处理工艺。结果证明,304/Q235B不锈钢复合板不宜进行去应力退火,应进行固溶热处理。去应力退火后304/Q235B不锈钢复合板的塑性、韧性偏低,抗晶间腐蚀性能下降。304/Q235B不锈钢复合板固溶热处理温度不宜超过950℃。Taking 304/Q235B stainless steel clad plate produced by explosive welding as the object, different heat treatment process tests were carded out. The microstructure and performance of the stainless steel composite plate under different heat treatment processes were analyzed to explore the suitable heat treatment process of the explosive welding stainless steel clad plate. The results show that stress annealing is not suitable for 304/Q235B stainless steel clad plate, and solid solution heat treatment is suitable. The plasticity and toughness of 304/Q235B stainless steel clad plate are low and the anti intergranular corrosion resistance decreases after stress annealing. The temperature of solid solution heat treatment should not exceed 950℃.
