摘 要:对Q500q E钢-40℃低温冲击功不合格的产品进行了分析。结果表明,低温冲击功不合格的原因是钢板的心部存在偏析、钢坯在炉加热时间长、钢板终轧温度高、冷却速度大、终冷温度低等。通过改善钢坯质量、严格控制在炉时间、降低钢板终轧温度、控制冷却方式,改善了Q500q E钢的低温冲击功,显著提高了产品的合格率。The products of Q500qE steel with unqualified low temperature impact work at -40℃ were analyzed. The results indicate that the reason for the unqualified low temperature impact work is that there is segregation in the core of the steel plate, the heating time of the billet in the furnace is long, the finish rolling temperature of the steel plate is high, the cooling speed is great, and the final cooling temperature is low. The low temperature impact work can be improved by improving the quality of billet, controlling the furnace time, reducing the finish rolling temperature of steel plate and strictly controlling the cooling mode. The qualified rate of products is significantly improved.
