摘　　要：在《佃农理论》中,张五常有关我国台湾土地改革的实证研究,完全是基于一个虚假的基础——三七五减租所限制的是实际产量而非标准产量。为了抓住这根"救命稻草",张五常更是极力歪曲事实以误导读者:一方面,对于诸多不利的证据,他完全视而不见;另一方面,他还使用"移花接木"的伎俩,进行数据造假。In the theory of share tenancy, Steven N.S.Cheung empirical research on Taiwan＇s land reform,completely is based on a false foundation —37.5% rent limitation on the actual output rather than the standard production. In order to grasp this ＂lifeline＂, Steven N.S.Cheung distort the facts to mislead the readers：On the one hand, for many of the evidence, he completely ignored; On the other hand, he used ＂substitute stealthily＂ trick, falsified data.
