内痔丝线悬吊外痔钳夹刮切电凝术与外剥内扎术的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：为观察内痔丝线悬吊外痔钳夹刮切电凝术治疗混合痔的疗效,将120例诊断为重度混合痔住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例.治疗组采用内痔丝线悬吊外痔钳夹刮切电凝术治疗,对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗.术后观察2组患者疗效、创面愈合时间、治疗费用及术后并发症等指标.结果显示,2组疗效相当,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.治疗组患者在创面愈合时间、治疗费用及术后并发症等方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）,治疗过程中2组患者均未出现不良反应.结果表明,内痔丝线悬吊外痔钳夹刮切电凝术对重度混合痔有良好的效果,在并发症、创面愈合时间、治疗费用等方面明显优于外剥内扎术,是一种安全有效的手术方法.This study was to observe the effect of internal hemorrhoids thread-suspension ＆ forceps grip, shave ＆ cut plus electrocoagulation for external hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,ran- domly divided 120 patients with confirmed severe mixed hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one, 60 cases for each, which the former adopted above combination procedure, meanwhile the latter adopt- ed external dissection ＆ internal ligation;after surgery observed both group＇s effect, wound-surface healing time, medical cost and complication,etc.As results, in effect there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05）;but in other three indexes the former was superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）;in treat- ment no adverse reaction was found in both groups.Results show that the combination procedure adopted in the former has better effect on severe mixed hemorrhoids,and is superior to external dissection ＆ inter- nal ligation in complication,wound-surface healing time and medical cost,etc.It is a safe and effective pro- cedure.
