简化骶管麻醉在肛门病手术中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨复方亚甲蓝注射液简化骶管麻醉在肛门病手术中的应用效果,将肛门疾病患者122例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组61例.对照组采取常规麻醉,观察组采取复方亚甲蓝注射液简化骶管麻醉,并对2组麻醉起效时间、麻醉剂使用剂量、创面愈合时间及临床疗效进行比较.结果显示,观察组患者在麻醉起效时间、麻醉剂使用剂量、创面愈合时间及临床疗效方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结果表明,复方亚甲蓝注射液简化骶管麻醉在肛门病手术中的应用效果显著,值得临床应用.This study was to explore the efficacy of the simplified caudal anesthesia by using Compound methylene blue injection applied in the surgery for anus diseases,randomly divided 122 cases of anus disea- ses into observation group and control one,61 cases for each; which the latter adopted routine anesthesia, meanwhile the former received the simplified caudal anesthesia by using compound methylene blue injec- tion;then obse＇rved an＇d compared both groups＂ anesthesia onset time, anesthetic dosage, wound-surface healing time and clinical effect.As results,in all above-mentioned indexes the former was all superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that this simplified caudal anesthesia has significant efficacy in the surgery for anus diseases.It is worth to be popularized and used clinically.
