复方荆芥熏洗剂在痔术后的应用

摘　　要：为观察复方荆芥熏洗剂对痔术后恢复期的影响,为痔术后用药选择提供临床依据.将352例痔术后患者分为A、B2组,即A组180例术后应用复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗治疗;B组172例术后应用1∶5 000 PP液坐浴治疗.观察2组患者术后VAS疼痛评分、水肿、出血及创口愈合时间.结果显示,A组在VAS疼痛评分、水肿及创口愈合时间方面优于B组（P＜0.05）,在出血方面2组比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结果表明,复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗有利于减轻痔术后疼痛及水肿,缩短创口愈合时间.This study was observe the influence of compound Jingjie fuming ~ washing agents at convales- cent period following hemorrhoids surgery so as to provide basis of using drugs choice clinically, divided 352 cases after surgery into group A and group B,which group A （ n =180） adopted the agents,group B a- dopted 1 ： 5 000 PP solution for sitz bath;then observed both group＇s VAS pain score, edema, bleeding and wound healing time.As results,in VAS pain score,edema,and wound healing time group A was all superior to group B（ P〈0.05）,only in bleeding there was no statistical difference（ P 〉0.05）.Results show that compound Jingjie fuming ＆ washing agents is beneficial to alleviate postoperative pain,edema,as well as to shorten wound healing time.
