摘 要:随着多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)向小型化、高比容、高可靠性方向发展,对高性能瓷粉的需求日益强烈。玻璃材料作为MLCC瓷粉的重要组成部分,对于改善陶瓷介质的烧结特性和MLCC的电性能非常重要。采用含有Ba-Ca-Si-R玻璃粉的钛酸钡瓷粉制作出MLCC样品,研究了玻璃粉含量对样品的烧结特性和电性能的影响。结果发现,随着玻璃粉含量的增加,样品的烧结温度区间向低温方向迁移。在合适的温度区间烧结的样品,电容量、损耗因数、绝缘电阻、击穿电压和温度特性均表现良好。As multi-layer ceramic capacitors(MLCCs) develop towards miniaturization,high specific capacitance and high reliability,requirement for high performance ceramic powder has become increasingly strong. As an important part of ceramic powder used for MLCCs,glass material is important for improving sintering properties of ceramic dielectric and electrical properties of MLCCs. Barium titanate ceramic powder containing Ba-Ca-Si-R glass powder was adopted to prepare MLCC samples. The influence of content of glass powder on sintering property and electrical properties of samples was studied. The results show that as content of glass powder increases,ranges of sintering temperature of samples move towards lower side,and samples sintered in proper temperature range have good performance at capacitance,dissipation factor,insulation resistance,breakdown voltage and temperature characteristics.
