摘 要:综述了封严涂层性能评价方法现状,研究了适用于封严涂层的腐蚀检测及评价方法。可磨耗指标和抗冲蚀指标对涂层整体腐蚀状态敏感,可以作为封严涂层整体腐蚀综合评价指标。单摆冲击划痕和冲砂实验可用于封严涂层的实验室腐蚀检测手段。Assessment methods of performance for abradable sealing coatings, especially those related with corrosion detection and corrosion-assessment were reviewed. The indexes of wear resistant ability and anti-erosion are sensitive parameters to presenting the overall corrosion performance, therefore can be adopted as comprehensive assessment indexes. Thus, single pendulum impacting scratch test and sand slurry erosion test are considered assuitable lab test methods, while the consumed energy and mass loss are sensitive parameters for the assessment of wear and erosion resistance of abradable sealing materials respectively. Finally, topics of further study in the field are also pointed out.
