摘　　要：阿片类物质作用于阿片受体可以产生吗啡样作用,但因为其特殊的药理性质极易引起躯体、精神产生依赖并导致滥用。研究发现长期滥用阿片类物质会导致依赖者包括下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺、性腺、甲状腺轴在内的内分泌功能受到影响。阿片类物质对甲状腺结构、功能的影响尚未有系统的阐述,本文通过对阿片类物质作用下甲状腺形态结构、激素水平、甲状腺素结合蛋白等改变来阐述阿片对甲状腺的影响。Opioids act on opioid receptors and produce morphine-like effects. But because of its special pharmacological properties,it is highly likely to cause physical and mental dependence and lead to abuse. Studies have shown that long-term abuse of opioids can lead to damage of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal gland,gonadal and thyroid axis. The effects of opioids on the structure and function of thyroid have not been systematically described. In this paper,we describe the effects of opioids on thyroid function by the changes of thyroid morphology,hormone level and thyroxine binding protein.
