摘  要:空冷机组的冷却风机多采用变频控制,由于机组夏季运行时空冷风机的负荷相对较高,有时可能需要超频运行。由于空冷风机的负荷增加,易导致风机电机非驱动端、风筒振动指标超标,严重时引起空冷风机跳闸,影响机组安全、经济运行。振动现象大发生较为频繁,且空冷振动,实时监控各台风机的运行情况是目前一大难点,按照目前的检修惯例:(1)规定的检修期;(2)设备出现故障无法工作。当出现这两种情形才来进行检修,风机等设备可能已经受损无法修复,这就要求使用现场安装方便、易扩展并有远程监测诊断处理的能力的现场仪表。HART基金会推广的WirelessHART智能无线网络技术很好解决了现场问题。The cooling fan of the cooling unit mainly uses frequency conversion control. In the summer, the air cooling fan is relatively higher loaded as the unit runs, sometimes it has to overclock. As the load of air cooling fan increases, it tends to lead fan motor's non-driving end and fan stack vibration indexes to exceeding limits. In severe case, it can make the air cooler trip, affecting the safety of the unit and economic performance. The vibration occurs quite frequently. Air cooling vibration and real-time monitoring of the operation of each fan is a major actual difficulty. Based on the current maintenance practices : 1. The prescriptive maintenance period, 2. The equipment breaks down and cannot work. Only these two conditions occur will the maintenance be carried out. Then the fans and other equipment may have been damaged and cannot be repaired. Thus it is necessary to use the field instruments which are easy to install and extend, and have the ability of remote monitoring and processing. The WirelessHART intelligent wireless network technology promoted by Hart Foundation is a good solution to the on-site problems.
