骨质疏松治疗仪联合下肢肌力锻炼治疗膝骨性关节炎可行性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骨质疏松治疗仪联合下肢肌力锻炼治疗轻中度膝部骨性关节炎可行性。方法将184例患者根据治疗方法不同分成对照组和综合组。对照组52例:单纯行骨质疏松治疗治疗;综合组132例:指导患者行下肢肌力锻炼后行骨质疏松治疗仪治疗。治疗前后对二组患者治疗前后采疗效标准参照采用Lequene-Mery膝骨关节骨性关节炎严重性指数的膝关节疼痛及功能评分方法。结果和治疗前相比,患者治疗有效率为98.2%,对照组有效率为78.8%。骨质疏松治疗仪治疗后膝关节骨性关节炎评分较前明显改善(P<0.05);联合肌力锻炼组较对照组膝关节骨性关节炎评分改善(P<0.05)。综合组较对照组在治疗后各观察点评分明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松治疗仪联合下肢肌力锻炼治疗膝部关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解膝关节疼痛,消除膝关节肿胀,更好的改善关节功能,是一种可行性治疗膝部骨性关节炎方法。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of osteopo＇rosis treatment instrument combined with lower limb muscle exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 184 patients suffering from knee OA were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was 52 cases who received simple treatment of osteoporosis; while the comprehensive group was 132 cases who were given a guide after the lower limb muscle strength exercise, the treatment of osteoporosis. Before and after treatment, the curative effect standard of the two groups before and after treatment was based on the Severity - Mery knee joint osteoarthritis severity index knee pain and functional scoring method.Results Compared with before treatment,the effective rate was 98.2 % and the control group was 78.8 %.The scores of knee osteoarthritis after treatment were significantly improved （ P 〈0.05 ）.The score of knee osteoarthritis in the combined strength exercise group was improved （ P〈0.05 ）.The scores of time points in the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Osteoporosis therapy combined with lower limb muscle strength exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve knee pain, elimi-nate knee swelling,and improve joint function better.It is a feasible method for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
