新常态背景下闭环式健康管理在支气管哮喘患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究新常态背景下的闭环式健康管理在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月—2016年12月在本院接受治疗的支气管哮喘患者120例。其中男54例,女66例。年龄8~70岁,平均年龄(36.25±2.45)岁,分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组对患者实行闭环式健康管理,对照组实行传统管理。对两组患者的临床一般资料进行收集后,通过气道功能、血清炎症介质检测以及嗜酸性粒细胞的测定评价两组的治疗效果。结果观察组最大呼气流速(FEF)(86.74±5.71)ml/s高于对照组(70.53±6.64)ml/s,观察组一秒呼气容积/肺活量(FEV1/FVC)(72.21±6.65)%高于对照组(57.75±8.56)%。FEF昼夜变异率小于对照组。观察组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8含量均低于对照组;诱导痰细胞因子的比较中,观察组患者的嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP9)的含量均小于对照组。生活质量评分中,观察组的总体身体健康、生理健康、精神健康比对照组的评分高,身体疼痛感降低。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新常态下的闭环式健康管理在支气管哮喘患者中有良好的应用效果,改善哮喘症状。Objective To study the effect of ＂Internet ＋ Closed Loop Health Management＂ in patients with bronchial asthma under the new normal condition. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,120 patients with bronchial asthma were treated in author＇s hospital, including 54 males and 66 females.The average age of the patients was （36.25 ± 2.45） years old.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group ,60 cases in each group.In the treatment group, the patients were administered internet and closedloop health management, while the control group was managed by traditional management.The clinical data of the two groups were collected and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated by airway function, serum inflammatory mediator assay and eosinophil. Results In the treatment group, FEV1 / FVC （72.21 ± 6.65%） was higher than that in the control group （57.75 ± 8.56%）, while the treatment group was higher than the control group （86.74 ＋ 5.71ml / s vs 70.53 ±6.64ml / s）.The diurnal variation rate of FEF was less than that of the control group.The levels of serum TNF- α,IL- 6 and IL- 8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. Compared with the control group, the contents of ECP, VEGF and MMP9 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.Quality of life score,the treatment groups overall physical health,physical health, mental health than the control group score was higher,lower body pain.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Internet ＋ closed - loop health management＂ in the new normal state has a good effect in asthmatic patients and can significantly im prove the symptoms of asthma.
