摘 要:某制药厂所产生的生物发酵营养废水成分复杂,水质水量波动大,有机物含量高,直接排放会严重危害水体环境。采用厌氧-倒置式A^2O组合工艺处理该生物发酵营养废水,调试稳定运行后,单座EGSB反应器的产气量达2 000 m^3/d,COD去除率≥75%;倒置A^2O出水NH^3-N维持在18 mg/L左右,整个系统的COD去除率达到96%以上,NH3-N去除率达到94%以上。最终系统出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。The bio-fermentation technology is used in a pharmaceutical factory to produce plenty of products. The raw composition of the wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory is complicated ; the water quality and quantity fluctuate obviously; the content of organics is relatively high. Therefore, direct dis- charge of this kind wastewater would pollute the water environment seriously. The anaerobic - inverted A2O combination process was used to treat the biological fermentation nutrient wastewater. After the sta- ble operation, the gas production of a EGSB reactor could come up to 2 000 m3/d and the COD removal was more than 75%. The NH3 - N concentration of effluent was maintained at about 18 mg/L in the in- verted A2O. With regard to the whole treatment process, the COD removal was more than 96% and the removal of NH3-N was over 94%, and the final effluent could meet the second criteria specified in the In- tegrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996 ).
