摘 要:反井钻井广泛应用于煤矿通风立井的建设当中,钻具的振动对反井工程有较大影响,应在工程中避免钻具发生共振。对比石油钻具纵向振动模型,建立了适用于煤矿通风立井施工中的反井钻具扩孔工况下的纵向自由振动模型,并推导了反井钻具纵向自由振动固有频率表达式。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对不同钻井深度内的钻具系统进行了分析,得到了固有频率在不同钻杆直径、不同扩孔钻头直径、不同钻井深度条件下的变化特点。分析结果表明,反井钻具纵向自由振动固有频率受钻井深度的影响较大。Rasing-drilling is widely used in ventilation vertical shafts construction, the vibration of drilling tools has a great influence on raising shaft engineering, so it is necessary to avoid the resonance of drilling tools in raise-boring. Comparing to the longitudinal vibration model of petroleum drilling tool, a longitudinal free vibration model for raise-boring machine under the reaming condition in the ventilation shaft construction was established, and the natural frequency expression of the longitudinal free vibration of the raise-boring machine was derived. Drilling tool systems in different depth borehole were analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the change characteristics of natural frequency in the conditions of different drill pipe diameters, reamer bit diameters and borehole depths were achieved. The analysis results showed that the borehole depth had dominant influ- ence on the natural frequency of the longitudinal free vibration of the raise-boring machine.
